Thank you for shopping with NorthBlock 38. Currently, we do not offer refunds unless your item is defective, damaged or misprinted. If so, please take a photo and email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After the 14 day delivery period items will no longer be eligible for a refund, even if damaged or misprinted.
Once your photo is received, our team will review and inspect your submission and either issue a refund or send a new item. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email, and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 7 business of days.
Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges on apparel items only, in the event you may need to exchange for sizing purposes, please email us with the order number and size you wish to exchange for. Customer is subject to return shipping costs.
