Thank you for shopping with NorthBlock 38. Currently we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If your item is defective, damaged or misprinted, please take a photo and email to NorthBlock 38 and when our team reviews your submissions, we will either issue a refund or send a new item.

Once your photo is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 to 10 business of days.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds.
Any item that is more than 30 days after delivery is no longer eligible for a refund, even if damaged or misprinted. Be sure to submit your damaged or misprinted item photo via email right away.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and photo of the defective item at firstname.lastname@example.org,
